I truly love hospitality. It’s what I know, and I love serving people, but after decades of long shifts and physically demanding work, my body is beginning to feel it. Even more importantly, working nights means missing bedtime stories, conversations about my son’s day, and precious time with my family that I can’t get back.

Deep down, I wanted a way to create income without having to choose between providing for my family and being present with them.

So, I made a decision.
